Story Events’ off site outside of London brought together a team with several new members who didn’t fully know each other. Surrounded by strategy days and a busy schedule, they needed a creative, engaging space to connect, collaborate, and recharge as a team.
OVERVIEW
We engaged the team with our essential oil workshop, creating activities that highlighted individual personalities and strengths. Through trust-building exercises including blindfolded challenges team members connected on a deeper level, strengthening collaboration and extending their working relationships within the fast-paced events sector.
OUR APPROACH
The team left energised, open, and genuinely connected sparking conversations that flowed long after the workshop ended. Walls came down, personalities came through, and the group bonded in a way that felt natural, fun, and refreshingly different.
