To celebrate International Women's Day at Radbroke Hall with an interactive experience that championed the theme Rights. Justice and Action, bringing together women leaders and the North West Women in Technology Network through creativity, confidence and connection.
mission
We transformed the space into a bold pink celebration, inviting employees to swap screens and schedules for our signature Creative Plaited Headband Workshop. As hands got busy making, conversations naturally shifted beyond work, with women sharing stories, ambitions and encouragement in a room full of energy.
One of the day's most memorable moments came when several men sat down to learn how to plait headbands for their daughters and nieces. Watching them patiently master a new skill to celebrate the women in their lives was a simple but deeply meaningful reminder that allyship is shown through action.
OUR APPROACH
The workshop became more than a creative activity. It sparked meaningful conversations, celebrated the women in the room and reminded everyone that small acts of support can leave a lasting impact.
