To engage 300 founders in just 50 minutes through three interactive zones that reimagined the pitch event as a live ecosystem turning attendees into active participants while showcasing how NatWest supports businesses to start, scale and succeed.

MISSIOn

We designed three immersive spaces that took founders on a journey through reflection, connection and action.

THE GRIX SISTERS transformed the pitch event into a colourful, human experience, bringing IRL moments, energy and connection to life for over 300 founders.

The Sensory Reset Reflection Zone created a pause in the chaos. Through sound and scent, founders stepped away from the noise, reflected on what was holding them back and shared their thoughts on a giant mirrored wall.

The Community Kitchen became the heart of the experience, with founders sharing stories, answering prompts on edible plates, adding Polaroids of their support networks to a community fridge and discovering a colour coded cupcake celebrating the people who helped them most.

Finally, Level Up invited founders to leave a voicemail to their future selves. A hidden code unlocked a NatWest branded "Let's Take Action" keyring, a simple takeaway designed to keep them moving forward long after the event.

OUR APPROACH

In just 50 minutes, over 300 founders didn't just attend the event, they took part in it. The mirror wall filled with honest reflections, the Community Kitchen buzzed with conversation, the fridge became a growing snapshot of people's support networks, and founders left with a promise to themselves, a new connection, and a reminder to keep taking the next step.
