Deliveroo’s team works in a fast-paced call centre environment where constant pressure can make it difficult to step back, recharge, and connect. The goal of this session was to give colleagues time out of their day-to-day demands to relax, express themselves, and reconnect with each other in a positive, energetic way.
OUR APPROACH
Creative Expression
Each team member designed and painted their own passport pouch, making it truly personal and unique.
Playful Energy
Alongside the pouch, participants created a tassel keyring, free splattered with paint a process that was lively, expressive, and full of energy.
Shared Experience
The workshop became a chance for colleagues to laugh, experiment, and bond, creating something tangible while also creating a sense of shared release from the intensity of call-centre, sales focussed work. Importantly, it brought together teams who are usually like passing ships, working different shifts, barely crossing paths and gave them the rare opportunity to connect on a more personal level.
The energy and expression from the workshop didn’t just stay in the room it carried into the wider teams, sparking positivity in their day-to-day work. One colleague with ADHD summed it up: “Thank you, was fun, when it comes to getting rid of negativity this is exactly what you need.”

Creativity proved the perfect outlet allowing teams to let loose, release pressure, and reconnect, boosting morale, strengthening collaboration, and leaving a lasting impact across the business.
